Return / Shipping Policy

Low-Pro is dedicated to customer satisfaction.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 
If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. 
Please read the return policy listed below.

Return Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 working days (mon-fri) of receipt of the product by the customer.
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A $10.00 Restocking Fee applies to all orders.
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $40.00.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be shipped back in a protective package.
  • No cosmetic damage, wear, or use can be apparent upon return to receive credit (must be in original factory condition and package)
  • Please contact us by phone or via email at toma@amsmachine.com to alert us to your return and the reason for your return. Please include a valid phone # and time to call.
  • We will either email or call you with return instructions.
  • Upon valid return receipt of goods to AMS Machine (LOW-PRO), we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase. The normal inspection and refund period is 3 days.
    *Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
